By accesing and using Mannouk.com you agree to our terms and conditions, which are enlisted lower on this page.To avoid any misundersandings, we recommend you to read these terms before using the website and placing your order.

The products that Mannouk.com trades are delivered from our stock or they are created based on the placed orders.
We are willing to reproduce the final product as precise as possible trough the product presentation images. However, for varoius reasons, the colours you see on our screen might be different from the real colours of products or their print.

2. Authentification
To place an order you must log in. You may autheticate by creating a new accound on our website or via Facebook or Google+.
Registering a new accound is fast and simple and requires the filling of a basic form(Name, Adress, e-mail, Password)

Once you selected the desired product or products and its specific feature (model, size, color, quantity), click „Add to cart” button. The „Cart” section is on higher right side of the screen and is present during your entire navigation on our website.
Completing the order is done by filling your personal data necessary for delivery in the marked fields. There is no minimum order.
All orders placed on working days (monday to friday) before 8 AM will be processed the same day. All orders will be confirmed with you via telephone, text or e-mail. If you order is placed after 8 AM on a working day, processing and confirmation will take place the next day. For the orders placed on weekends, processing and confirmation will take place on monday.
Your order will be shipped only after your confirmation is given.
We are not responsible for the inconvenience of ordering a product that has no stock left, but we will do our best to annouce you of any unavalability of an ordered product in the shortest time possible (via telephone, text or e-mail).

You will be in the possession of you order in 2 to 3 days from the moment you complete your order.
Our company has a collaboration with DHL for shipping of its products. We are not responsible for the delays on behalf of the service provider. The damages or losses suffered by our products during transportation are the carrier’s responsibilities.

If, for various reasons, you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you can return or change it in 15 days from the day you received it.
For returning a product you need to package it and make sure you complete the bank account where the money should be transferred, on the AWB. Once we receive the product or products, we will send your money back in 10 days. (We will send the money in 10 days from receiving of the product).

In order to exchange a product you need to contact us prior to sending the package and give us the informations about the product you want to change and also the informations about the new product.
We will send you the exchanged product and you will hand the carrier the product that needs to be replaced.
The transport fees for replacing a product are 18 euros.

The customised products cannot be replaced due to the fact that those cannot be resold, being created in compliance withe client’s demands.
The customised products are created in compliance with client’s demands and cannot be replaced due to the fact that those items are not unsaleable.

For the products sold in PROMOTIONS or SALES (having a lower price than usual), the exchange with a different size may draw in extra cost if the desired size is not in PROMOTIONS or SALES, that being the difference between the whole price of the item and the price the client initially paid.
IMPORTANT! The returning and exchanging of ordered products must be requested in a maximum of 15 days from receiving of your order. The products must pe kept in the original package, with all the tags, unwashed and undamaged. All the taxes regarding the return or exchange (transportation and money transfer fees) of the products will be supported by the client.

6. Privacy
We will carefully handle your personal data and we will not share it with third parties.

As the current law states, our shop does not assume any responsibility for the followings:
1. the delivery delays caused by the carrier or other reasons( wrong personal data provided by client, unconfirmed order in due time)
2. harm, damage or losses occured during shipping
3. disconfort caused by the interrupted access to our shop due to the internet service provider
4. the content or nature of websites through which a client reaches our store
We reserve the right to decline an order during the ordering process due to various reasons, among which:
a. ordered product is not avalable
b. recognition of any error among product informations, such as wrong price or wrong promotion offer.

We reserve the right to make changes to any of this Terms and Conditions and to the website, without prior notifications sent to the users.
